Our first (but annual) PRIDE IN PRACTICE LGBT Workplace Conference showcasing some of our Top 10 AWEI Organisations will take place in Sydney on November 29.

The conference will feature:

• breakout sessions to showcase award winning practices of of LGBT inclusion, 
• research presentation by a leading academic on the importance of organisational culture, 
• a panel of our LGBT Employee Network Winners (across six organisations) talking about what makes their LGBT Network so successful
• members of our Transgender and Intersex community discussing their views and experiences of LGBTI workplace inclusion. 
• highlights from the 2011 Out & Equal Global Conference keeping you up to date with international best practice

The conference will be fully catered and all participants will receive exclusive access to workshop material.  A fantastic opportunity to network with and learn from some of our award winning organisations and to mix with and ask important questions of our transgender and intersex friends.
