This 1.5 hour Pride in Diversity forum has been designed to provide you with an understanding of issues, considerations and processes that will need to take place to effectively support and assist transgender employees within the workplace. Designed to provide you with general awareness and understanding, this session is ideal for those working in HR, Diversity, or currently involved in assisting a person through workplace transition. This session will also be highly beneficial for LGBT network groups, those working with employees currently transitioning and those seeking a general understanding of transgender workplace related issues.
